Return and Refund Policy – Modesty by Mai

At Modesty by Mai, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide you with a pleasant online shopping experience, and to achieve this, we have implemented a clear and transparent return and refund policy.

  1. Return Period

You have 14 working days from the receipt of your order to return one or more items and request a refund or exchange.

  1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • The original label must be intact and attached to the item.

  • Lingerie, swimwear, and accessories (jewelry, belts, etc.) cannot be returned, unless they have a manufacturing defect.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, if possible, to ensure their protection during transport.

  1. Return Process

  • Return Request: To initiate a return, please send us an email at modestybymai@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  • Return Instructions: After receiving your request, we will send you detailed instructions and the return address. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

  • Return Shipment: You must return the items within 7 days after your return request has been validated.

  • Item Inspection: Upon receipt of your return, we will conduct a quality check of the returned items. If the return conditions are met, we will proceed with your refund or exchange.

  1. Refund

Once your return is validated and the item inspected, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used during the order. Please note that processing may take up to 10 working days after the returned item is received.

If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made directly to your card.

  1. Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, we encourage you to return the item for a refund and place a new order.

  1. Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at modestybymai@gmail.com, providing your order number and attaching photos of the defect or damage. We will send you a replacement item or process a full refund, including return shipping costs.

  1. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a manufacturing defect:

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale or promotional items (if explicitly stated).

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
