1. What type of products do you offer?
We offer an exclusive collection of luxury abayas, designed with high-quality fabrics to provide every woman with timeless elegance and absolute comfort. Our abayas combine tradition and modernity, perfect for all occasions.
2. Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada. We are working to expand our shipping services to other regions in the future.
3. What are your shipping times?
- Standard Shipping: 2 to 10 business days (depending on the destination).
- Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days(depending on the destination).
Shipping times may vary depending on the period and transportation conditions.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can follow the delivery status directly on the carrier’s website.
5. How can I return an item?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with the tag still attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at modestybymai@gmail.com.
6. How can I exchange an item?
Currently, we only offer returns for refunds. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning it and placing a new order for the desired product.

For orders shipped to the United States or Canada, taxes and customs duties may apply according to local regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
